Starting salary at $26 hourly, commensurate with experience

Position Summary:The Office Manager / QMHP is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations while providing mental health support and services in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. This dual-role position combines office leadership with direct client support, ensuring efficient office management, quality care, and compliance with behavioral health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the office.
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office communications.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Supervise support staff and coordinate workflow to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking as needed.

QMHP Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health support services to clients as outlined in individual treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and document interventions.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support client care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to mental health services.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
  • QMHP certification/license or eligibility as required by state regulations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management and/or behavioral health services preferred.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of mental health principles, treatment planning, and client documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to Trauma-Informed Care principles.
