Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

 Starting Salary: $70,000/year

At Hallmark Youthcare, you’ll teach and inspire students (ages 11–17) in a structured, trauma-informed residential setting—where education meets purpose.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging, structured lessons tailored to student needs
• Support IEP development and educational planning
• Collaborate with clinical teams on student progress

What You Need:

• Virginia Teaching License OR eligibility for provisional/conditional licensure
• Passion for working with at-risk youth
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
