Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Regulatory Compliance Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and assessing compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices across the organization. This role requires a thorough understanding of applicable regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of operational processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Review, analyze, and interpret regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to our operations.
- Identify non-compliance issues and potential areas for improvement; develop reports and recommendations based on findings.
- Collaborate with management and various departments to implement corrective actions and drive compliance initiatives.
- Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on the organization; provide guidance to ensure continued compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, summarize findings, and present to key stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Participate in the preparation for external audits and inspections; serve as a liaison between regulatory agencies and the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audit results, and follow-up actions.
- Stay updated on best practices in compliance auditing and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance auditing, internal auditing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks industry standards, and best practices.
- Professional certification (e.g., Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and auditing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
