Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to clients with a variety of mental health needs. This role involves working collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical objectives.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment details.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
- Participate in case conferences, clinical supervision, and professional development activities.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed and ensure client safety.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid and active license to practice as a therapist in Virginia.
- 2 years of experience working in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
- Proficiency in conducting various therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Experience with electronic health records and maintaining clinical documentation.
